Alcalá has five public nursing homes, two day centers and seven senior clubs, plus private network whose cost is unaffordable for many. The effort Hall and the Community in this field has been accounted for above, as verified a 83% growth in investment and an expense of EUR 6.2 million in health care services. But the gaps are even larger in the whole region, as confirmed by other data: 24,000 more have a place and at any center, but another 18,000 are waiting.
